MECHANICAL RECOVERY SYSTEM ENERGY OF MACHINES

Based on the analysis of the state of the problem of obtaining alternative energy as a result of repeated braking of public transport at the stops of urban routes, the goal and main objectives of the study were set. The goal of the article is to develop a design for the accumulation of mechanical energy that occurs in the process of repeatedly switching on the braking system of public transport in the system for transforming this energy into electrical energy and storing it in the battery. In order to implement this technology for the accumulation and transformation of mechanical energy into electrical energy, the tasks were set for the selection, layout of additional non-standard mechanical components of the system for accumulating and converting alternative electrical energy, the use of the appropriate material to ensure long-term and reliable performance, to develop its design and determine the method for modeling this process process. In accordance with the tasks set, the issue of choosing the material, the main components and the
design of the recovery system was considered in stages, i.e. accumulation of mechanical energy as a result of repeated braking, transfer of the accumulated mechanical energy to the subsystem for converting it into alternative electrical energy with its collection, storage and use for public transport. The issue of modeling the process of determining the structural parameters of the braking system, the accumulation of mechanical energy and the conversion of this energy into electrical energy, the accumulation of electrical energy in the battery is considered. The proposed braking system, the accumulation of mechanical energy and its conversion into electrical energy obtained during the braking process, is accumulated in a multi-stage storage device, then this energy is supplied to be converted into electrical energy necessary to return part of the used fuel.
