IMPROVEMENT OF ELECTRIC DIAGNOSTIC METHODS FOR ASSESSING THE STATE OF THE ACTIVE PART OF POWER CONTROL TRANSFORMERS NETWORKS 6–10 kV

The article is devoted to the issues of determining the state of the windings of 6-10 kV power transformers using electrical diagnostic methods. A method has been developed for assessing the state of the active part of a power transformer with subsequent analysis of the measurement results using the methods of fractal and statistical analysis of the spectrograms of the received signals. In accordance with the measurement results, an assessment and determination of the degree of criticality of faults in power transformers 6–10 kV of distribution networks was made. Oscillograms of laboratory tests of samples of low-power single-phase transformers are presented, demonstrating the basic principles of obtaining inspection results for various damages of the active part of a power transformer. The results of experimental studies of the TM 400/6 power transformer of the SamGES transformer park, with complex faults in the active part, using the developed method for examining the active part of power transformers are presented.
